All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, as many of our items are handmade to order—crafted based on your selected colors, personal measurements, or specific ingredients.

Due to the nature of our apothecary offerings—including skincare, salves, and herbal products—we cannot accept returns for sanitation and safety reasons. Please review product details and ingredient lists carefully before purchase.

Before placing your order for clothing or jewelry items, please refer to the measurements located in the product description and our Measuring Guide to ensure accurate sizing.
