Shipping policy
All items ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order items—such as waistbeads, apothecary goods, or hand-sewn garments—may require additional processing time depending on the nature of the order.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier based on your location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the package is considered successfully fulfilled. If you suspect theft or misdelivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim.
